RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Please contact us first at studio@joriishansen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and we will confirm the return instructions.

2. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, together with the original receipt.

3. Please send your return directly to:

4. Do not send returns to a parcel shop, collection point or pickup location. We cannot collect or accept parcels sent there.

5. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Please use a reputable, insured and trackable courier service. The item remains the customer's responsibility until it has been delivered to us. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, uninsured or incorrectly delivered.

When returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid unnecessary customs charges. Any customs duties, import taxes or courier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund within two weeks after processing, please check with your bank and credit card provider. If the transaction cannot be located, contact us again at studio@joriishansen.com.
