Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS


If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at studio@joriishansen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.

 

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, together with the original receipt.


Please return your item using a reputable, insured and trackable courier service to:

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, including adequate insurance and correct customs documentation. When returning an item from outside the EU, please make sure to clearly mark the parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid unnecessary customs charges. Any customs duties, import taxes or courier fees that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete documentation will be the customer’s responsibility.


We are not responsible for lost, damaged, uninsured or incorrectly declared parcels.


Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


In the rare event that you have not received your refund within two weeks after processing, please check with your bank and credit card provider, as delays may occur. If the transaction cannot be located, contact us again at studio@joriishansen.com.
