GUARANTEE / WARRANTY
All Jo Riis-Hansen jewellery is covered by a two-year warranty in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection law.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. You are entitled to have the item repaired, replaced, or—if neither is possible—a refund issued, if the product does not meet acceptable quality standards.
Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks, as each claim is carefully evaluated and handled by a trained goldsmith or silversmith.
Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, accidents, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

At Jo Riis-Hansen, we strive to provide accurate information at all times; however, human and technical errors may occur.
We are not responsible for typographical mistakes, pricing inaccuracies, availability errors, or variations in product colours due to individual screen settings.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery times, delays, or fluctuating exchange rates.
We reserve the right to correct, change, or update website content without prior notice.
